This agreement is betweer I, the Artist (rin) and you, the Client, for work on a project known as Work.Content
I, the Artist, have the right to refuse a work requested according to my discernment and skills.Timeline, Process and Payment
The client may send the message through twitter: https://twitter.com/KitsurincommsThe client must provide the following:
1. description of the work;
2. email to where the invoice shall be sent to; and
3. email to where the final work shall be sent to.A sketch shall be sent to the Client before payment. The Client may have 1 (one) major revision to the sketch.Upon approval of the sketch, the Client must send the full payment in US dollars through paypal.The work shall require 10 working days (does not include Saturday and Sunday) at minimum from the time the payment is received by the Artist.Additional charge may be required for further revisions that may impact the progress and timeline of the project.Rights, Usage & CreditsArtist Rights
I retain original copyright and ownership of the Work, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.Client Rights
Clients receive exclusive rights to use the Work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties. This is as per standard practice of commission and contractual services.
Clients may not claim work as their own and therefore must credit me as the artist using my social tag/username/link (Twitter @Kitsurincomms).AgreementThe Artist reserves the right to refuse to accept projects.
By commissioning, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
The date for this agreement is upon the first inquiry/communication for the commission or upon the first transaction made.
